John James McGlew

Professional Experience: Mr. McGlew is active in all aspects of the firm's patent prosecution and litigation practice.  He has litigated across a broad range of technologies, including the mechanical, electronic and computer arts.  He has been involved in prosecuting several thousand patent applications since he joined private practice.  Mr. McGlew was a Patent Examiner with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) from 1983 to 1985 and has been registered to practice before the USPTO since then.
